What does “Responsible Business” mean?

A responsible business acts in its responsibility to people and planet issues, and simultaneously, its responsibility to make a profit. Often referred to as the “triple bottom line” of people, planet, profit, or stakeholder capitalism.

Purpose-led business adopts responsible and holistic strategies with a focus on achieving long-term and sustainable value for all its stakeholders: employees, shareholders, customers, the supply chain, communities and, of course, the environment.

Every organisation is unique and must determine where to deploy scarce valuable resources to achieve its vision.
